I agree with you, RC is awesome and its hard to leave disapointed.
We usually go in on Sundays so we get to harrass Doug while we are there. Great store, great service, and great staff. Cant wait until its open here in Lethbridge!

I agree 100% service is great.
 I had the same issue and everything was looked after....but I walked out with out one of my bags So have to go back and make another visit...and spend more money. |
