It will only be available as a new fixture. The reason is the dimmable ballasts equipped in the fixture are in the Euro voltage. There will also be a voltage converter installed on the power line which can only be installed at the factory so, unfortunately, this upgrade can not be done by the consumer to their existing fixtures.
