There is a frag swap / purchase sale coming up soon in the Okanagan. That would probably be a good opportunity to get stuff.
Otherwise, most of the Canreef vendors will ship some amazing frags for a reasonable price. I personally had good luck with fragalot.ca when I ordered from them and they have lots of cheap frags.
