![]() pretty sure thats a stars and stripes puffer. He would look great in my 8ft 420g but kinda far to drive.

![]() kinda resembles a stars and stripes puffer but does not have the stripes on the bottom side of his belly.i seen a picture of the exact same puffer at saltwaterfish.com some time ago,but dont recall what (they) called it.im stumped.have been told by a few people it is a rare hawaiian whitespotted puffer
