All I can say is Wow!!! very nice work, you are a real pro now. Looking forward to seeing it operational, remember I will come out, probably can take a bike ride up to see you one day.

 Now I find out that we are staying here and not renting out the basement. and I sold my skimmer and got a Vertex 170 in place of the 250
