I dont have enough water in my house and my fondness for clams has turned out to be a full blown addiction!...............so......................I m gonna be adding another tank to the system after I move. The tank is 24x24x12 (Josh's old cube) and will be lit by a single 250w MH(galaxy ballast, lumenmax elite reflector) or if the budget allows I may order in the 24" 8 bulb ATI, we'll see what happens......I will need to upgrade the return for the system.....Im currently running two in sump return pumps(one for the 110 and one for the "anti-pony" tank).....so Im thinking about drilling the sump and putting a "dart gold" with a manifold on the system....that would free up quite a bit of space in the sump and reduce heat transfer considerably......its all still a couple months away so plans may change

I have a bit of work to do on the tank......the patch covering the holes need to be removed (weeeeee I love scraping silicone) and the "Scary Movie" face that Josh made needs to be exorcised from the tank and a new overflow cut and installed......

I know I should just leave this one alone. But well I can't...so here it comes "It looks better in person" This sounds interesting. I really have been missing things around here.

Thanks John......both for the Id and the comp....

heres one that has finally started to get the purple that its supposed to have( I have a colony of the same coral on the opposite side of the tank that has been in the tank for over a year and has been brown the whole time(in fact I'm thinking about selling it, because its starting to get stung on the bottom by an ever increasing in size nem))

heres another coral that is starting to regain its former glory....this monti was getting shaded out by a pocci that is doing quite well.....

a somewhat blue stag

bird
