sorry please give us more information like water parameters, fish appearance (are you sure it is ich and not marine velvet) to help you.

Put them in a fresh new salt water would isolate them from your old water but if they are very sick from desease, they need treatment else they will die.

it is possible they are using up their o2-try putting an air stone in with light bubbles
