Don't know if Ya Dude saw the question about how many gallons,... but 1 cubic inch = .0043 Gallons. So 5' x 2' x I'd guess 16" deep = 23,040 cubic inchs = 99 Gallons.
Just a guessimate, but probably close to within 20 Gallons or so. Nice Tank! & I love the lighting idea!!! Gives me some ideas for my next build!!!!
