![]() Well I went diving on Saturday and went with SeaDragon Charters out of Horseshoe Bay. We dove off Bowyer Island and Anvil Island and It turned out to be a outstanding day of diving.
The visibility was quite good, I'm guessing around 50 ft. The second dive I came across a seal at around 55 ft and it checked me out for a bit before taking off. That's the first good look I have had at a seal, usually they stay just far enough away that it's hard to see them in the murky water. On the way back to HSB we came across a giant pod of Pacific white-sided dolphins, they played in our wake for a bit as you will see. The first Dive was called The Canyons just off Bowyer Island and The second was called Christine Island witch is just a rock in front of Anvil Island. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You can just make out some seals on the rocks if you use a magnifying glass ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() VIDEO http://www.vimeo.com/10338872 http://www.vimeo.com/10339806 http://www.vimeo.com/10341211 . |
