Cheapest place to buy new vortech mp10?

I'll be using it for zoo's and ric's will 1 x mp10 do or should I go to a mp20?

I have a 29G 30L x 12W x 18" H

personally i think a mp10 is more than enough for a 29G

one last question it is for my brother in law

he has a 90G and was thinking of going sps and buying 1 x mp40 for now with only a few tiny frags and another later is this ok?

or would 2 x mp20 do in the long run?

he has no closed loop only a 800 to 1000 gph lift pump and could add 2 hydor koraila 4's with the vortech's
