It would not have moved on it own, it was more likly a snail or flow. Move it to where ever you want but you might have to anchor it some how.

a piece of toothpick through the base, and some elastic to hold the toothpick down will work.....or lightly tieing it down with thread or fishing line will also work.....leave it for a week and it should attach by then
