![]() Ya I know about that snowmobiles are not that bad. We just have a problem with the ATVs ripping up the alpine it takes a long time for the alpine to recover after getting ripped up by ATVs. The Chem is a place that dirt bikes and ATVs ripped apart on a number of occasions.A barrier has been put up to stop this destruction. Not all ATV/ Snowmobiles are bad but it only takes a few to give the hobby a bad name. Most people want to enjoy what is there. I would love to try snowmobiling looks like a blast.wink:

![]() Ya we quad and bike too, but we stick to the roads and trails. We do alot of Alpine quaddin too. They say your not supposed to, not allowed above 6800Ft, BUT, we stay on mining exploration roads and the like. Previously made trails that are allready "damaged". Not harming the lichen or any other fauna. Thew bad apples sure do wreck it fro everyone though
