![]() Mike, where are you getting your Reef Safe Solenoid valves from? I've been searching for a cost viable source for a long time.

![]() Personally I dont think $34 is over expensive either for something pre made plug and play. You can get rid of your storage tank if you have a profiLux for under $80!
http://www.autotopoff.com/solenoid/ When you work out the cost of a storage tank - feed pump - pipework, i doubt the cost comes to much less, also take into account the fact you do not have the space issues and also only having to run 1/4" pipe. For me this method is a no brainer ![]() Last edited by Aqua-Digital; 02-10-2010 at 01:58 PM. |

![]() Thx Mike, I was just looking at Alibaba, and I do not want them pre made. I have my own PLC controllers and need about 10 valves for what I want to do. ATO,W/C and membrane flush, all automatic.

![]() In this case it would be cheaper to buy a baby ProfiLux
![]() This build by nature will highlight many things that are unique to profiLux so some things may not be adaptive to your own situation, but importantly will highlight what can be achieved. This is also why the build is in our forum and not in the open forum. Anyway follow the thread you should get some good ideas from it (I hope) Last edited by Aqua-Digital; 02-10-2010 at 02:08 PM. |
