![]() if you want your colours to pop go with the 20k. the light coloring will be quite blue aswell.
if you want a faster growth from your coral go for the 14k. this range will be a little more white |

![]() I like the white brighter look myself so i went with 14k the 20k has a much more blue look to it ..When i had 20k bulbs my sps didnt really grow to much at all even as close to the top i could put them nothing just stayed alive ..changed to 14k and wow what a difference with the color and growth i have sps in the mid level growing good now

![]() 400W on a 25" tall tank seems like overkill if you don't plan to be SPS dominant. That's a lot of power and a lot of heat for no real benefit. 250W would be plenty IMO, and you could go with the 14K.
