You are getting Diatom Blooms I had them on my Biocube and they went away in about a week. Its just the start of your cycle.

Personally I would put more LR in the tank, try to create your landscape now or at least get a good start on it. Remember, each time you add LR you will basically throw your system into a cycle, depending on what was on the rock when added it can be minimal to a major cycle. So adding what is needed now, will allow you to cycle the tank, setup the natural filtration process and stabilize things.

Biggest thing is not to rush, in my case I didn't add fish for 2-3 months, allowed the tank to really setup nice. Taking your time will hopefully mean more successful tank.

And have FUN!!!

Variety of snails Turbo, Cerith, Stomatella list goes on. I don't think the cleaner shrimp will clean enough especially when the diatoms go crazy and the shrimp will not be able to clean the glass. Hermits are good for sand but they can be a pain when they start climbing on your corals however they are awesome during the diatom stage imo.
