Yes you are right at 165 gal, with the sump design total water volume is going to be 223 gal's. The main display is only 10 gal bigger but the sump volume will be double the size of the one in the 155.

Hope to get tank on the stand this weekend with the oak top & styro so I can start the plumbing. Acrylic on order for sump, pick up Monday. Will post some more pic's soon.

I will try to get something done on it tomorrow so that I have something to show. I thought maybe I would go for the record of the worlds longest tank build, lol. Maybe this time I might get at least a 1 star rating on this thread.
