Definitely not an Angustus! Angustus has more prominent barbs, almost as much as H. Barbouri.
Most likely a Reidi or possibly one of the Kuda types.
Hard to tell with the head shot not being clear.

Looks a lot like my male Reidi, but as Ray said, hard to tell without a really clear shot.
