			If you run in a reactor with constant forced flow, then I would probably start off with 50% of the recommended volume for your size of tank. If you are running it passively somewhere in your sump/tank, then you can run 100% of the recommended volume of carbon.

			 I run chemipure elite in my reactor and change it out about every 2 months or so. Gives me po4 reduction and carbon. I rinse out the bag to get rid of the sediment, cut the bag open and dump it in the reactor, fills a tlf 150 just over half full.
