Default 250 Iwasakis

I bought one Iwasaki bulb about 2 weeks ago to replace the oldest of the two that Im currently running. My question is how long does it take to break in and become its full intensity? Ive heard 100 hours running time. Its been 140hrs.
Right now it is noticably not as bright as the old bulb. I tried swithching ballasts and still no difference. Any thoughts

Hey Chris. Are you running a mercury vapor ballast with your Iwasakis?

Hi,

Are you switching between the old Iwasaki (the one without the resistor) to the new one (the one with the resistor) ?

- Victor.

Yes I am running the MV ballast. And both bulbs have the large resistor in them. The only thing I can think of is that the old bulb may have shifted its spectrum.
