Tony,

I'm used to dosing daily now and have gotten into sort of a routine. I had my PO4 tested today and it's at 0.02, so I guess it's working. Corals show good polyp extension so everything looks happy. I don't really know what to compare zeovit to though because my system was only a couple of months old when I started. I'm getting decent colours though so that's good. So all it all, I like it so far.

For those who go straight to the last page of the thread, I started the growth sequence pics on page 41. Thanks for looking

In the new year you can come by and check out the tank. I'll be gone for a week for the holidays with someone living in my house to take care of the tank. Hopefully all goes well.

Once I got into sps, I absolutely got addicted. The growth is so satisfying compared to softies. This is my first sps dominant tank so we'll see how that goes.

You'll find some sps are the slowest growers ever, and some just take off right away. Some of my frags have done nothing but encrust a base. My friend whose had sps dominant tank for years says that some corals will sit and do nothing for a few months, then have a huge growth spurt, then "rest" again. It's all so interesting to watch.

You never really notice the growth when you see the tank everyday, but when you look at the pictures, you're like "Wow, my corals grew".

wow that is fanastic growth! Looks like you've got her dialed in and pretty much on auto pilot now ? :-)

See, it is growth like this that makes we wonder about a statement I read a couple of months ago about how coral reefs only grow like 5 cm a year or something like that? Crazy talk I say! Those coral reefs need to go on Zeo .. or something

I've been slowly upping my calcium reactor to get 'er just right. I try not to touch the tank. I finally got around to taking some water to a friend's place to test the low range P04 and it is 0.02 so I'm quite pleased with that. Without zeo I don't think it'd be anywhere near that. So hopefully auto pilot now....just the weekly water changes and enjoy!

Looking terrific Dez, you still have the touch . What did you decide on your lighting (KZ's)?
