Default Water change setup

Hello,

What is the automatic water change setup?
If it is run through the doser pumps, what kind of water volume can it move?

Thanks,
Mitch

Hi Mitch,

Dosing pumps are not designed for moving this amount of water volume, it is also a rather expensive option.

We advise the use of a small "cheap" hobby pump for this purpose.

In smaller tanks you can use the doser for ATO but again even this is slight over kill.

Dosing pump applications are best kept for the use in trace element dosing, ballings salt dosing, and general additive dosing

Hope that helps

Hi,

Can you tell me how the Profilux can control water changes?
I'm looking at purchasing one, so I'm trying to visualize the setup.

Thanks
