![]() The OP said black percs... these are MUCH less common that black occelaris. I dont know how the pattern progresses on black percs but black occelaris the nose goes black last, and they get darker as they mature. I bought two with lightly tinted noses, and now they are both jet-black. I have occelaris. These are the ones you will usually see in stores. Just the heads up - incase you are talking specifically black percs rather than occelaris.

![]() There is no black percula. There is an onyx percula, but it is not all black. All fish labelled as black percula are black ocellaris. All black ocellaris start out with a brown face.
