so is that including water going through with your system via return pump i am curious about how much extra flow via powerheads that i should be running ?? thanks

how often do you clean the sock ?

well i guess i should mention the sock gets changed daily the skimmer gets emptied daily as tank shared wall in bedroom living room so i try to keep it as clean as possible

through my 75g sump is around 1000gph, sock changed about once a week, every few days the skimmer. No bad smells
