I see they are pendant, do they come with feet to sit on the tank top.

The Spectra lighting does not have feet.

Feet on your light fixture make it much faster to install, but suspending your fixture make maintaining the tank much easier down the road.

When the fixture is suspended and you need to get in the tank you can either just slightly raise it (and you can still see in the tank when its raised) or just push it back a bit and reach and to do whatever maintenance is required,
