Would you sell ballast and bulbs only? How old are bulbs?

Bulbs are about 6 weeks old, I would sell the bulbs and ballast for $200

It looks like the bandit had the first official PM so it is tentatively sold to him barring he doesn't like what he sees in the pictures...
