This behavior is normally a sign of extreme stress and/or near death for the anemone Assuming that your tank environment is perfect, the only thing you can do is wait to see if your anemone can recover from whatever caused the stress in the first place. Occasionally this behavior is caused when an anemone is first added to a new system and when the anemone is not carefully and slowly acclimated.
