I was figuring oversizing by .25 was plenty I will see if I can fit larger piping coming down from the tank. I do have a spare 1.5" bulkhead around here somewhere. |

![]() The 90 degree bend into the SCWD is robbing you of flow, maybe as much as 30%, the SCWD accounts for 20%

![]() You should consider putting in a nice OceanMotion 4way instead of the SQWDs. I've run both and the OM4way is the way to go!

![]() The OM4way is the way I wanted to go but the price tag kept me back. Im going to try a few piping changes and see if the flow improves.
My need to get this tank in service has greatly increased do to the flood downstairs. I hate having to put rubber boots on to feed my fish. |
