Amazing the clarity acrylic gives you, this tank is 1"thick and you can look from one edge 8' out the other end clear as day.

Finally got the lights the way I want, 2x175w Venture bulbs/Lumenmax reflectors and 6' VHO run by Icecap660 (1x10k and 1x super actinic) all attached to frame I welded up, the wires for the end caps run on the inside of the tubing for clean look. I wanted to make it brite and bring out the color in the fish without overdoing it and encouraging algae growth, so far I am happy with the look.

Anem and clowns from Marie settled in nice.

And couple random tank shots, everyone is doing well.

Nice job on the lighting. The best thing about a FOWLR, (besides the fish), is no heat issues with the lighting.

It also helps to have 1000 gallons of water! takes a bit to raise or lower the temp, I am finding no temp change at all with the lights set up the way they are.
