Have you thought about just doing PC lighting?

theres a fellow in town locally selling a few 14 bulb led panels from his setup. new ones from G**bers is 200 so you could probibly scoop his for a good deal. You know everyones friend..."Con"...lol

Sadly, no. I looked. Try ETG or LED Supply in the US or Cutter Electronics in Australia. The nano-reef.com crowd have all had good service from those three.
