![]() I have since removed that quote from my signature.
However, I have been thinking of adding this one: During my 35 orbits around the sun, I've found this adage regarding business:, customers want three things: Quality, Customer Service, and Price. Now, pick which two you would like, because all three don't exist at the same time. I just spend 4 weeks shopping for a surround sound system and I could not agree more with this quote. Just pulled the trigger on what I wanted Saturday.

![]() Well I imagine it is possible, just very unlikely (at least IMO).
I spend 4 weeks shopping for a complete home theatre system in southern Ontario and came to the conclusion I could not find all three qualities in one store. I decided price and quality were most important for this purchase, hoping not to require after sale customer service (not that it will not be there, just not likely as good as the others).

![]() I find all 3 all the time. I've seen this saying directed towards bike parts;
Light, strong, cheap. Pick two. But I deal with places all the time that offer service, quality and good pricing.

![]() The difference between good pricing and really good pricing can be a lot!!!! ...and depends on the level of service you may want in the future.
Assuming you are talking bicycles - you can always get your products cheaper but the service will not be there when you break it or have a complex problem (I have a Colonago with camp c-record road bike and a Ritchie MB).
