When you inject the aiptasia with lemon/vinegar don't tear the anemone apart. Just inject it and it should die.

The recipe I use with great success is 1 tsp of calcium hydroxide mixed with 2 tbls of tap water mixed together and then boiled in the microwave for 30 sec. Use a plastic syringe to squirt a bit at the mouth of the aiptasia and they draw it in and disappear for good. It took me about a week to get rid of a really bad infestation in a 72g tank and after 2 years they never came back.

Not sure if it will work long term or not, but I have covered Aiptasia with reef epoxy, including filling the hole. I have tried the other products, but have had the aiptasia come back on me.

Had good success just making a slurry of kalk and the water from thawing some mysis, then feeding the aiptasia using a syringe. Peppermint shrimp are then good to get the ones you can't reach to feed.

I use Tailored Aquatics Aptasia Killer, and it works like a hot damn.... See Kevin at Red Coral, he carries it, that is where I got mine.

One squirt usually torches it.

I agree! Peppermint Shrimp are one of the best ways to rid of that Aptasia!
