Parameters = temperature, salinity, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, calcium, alk, magnesium, phosphate (don't think I missed anything). You really only need be concerned with the first five at this point.

Yes i have been topping it off everyday with reverse osmosis water. Unfortantly If it does not start doing better in a couple days, I think i might need to turn this into a predator tank

No need to turn it into a predator tank.

Just SLOW DOWN, we told you from the beginning you were moving to quick and now you are starting to see the effects. Let the tank cycle, buy some test kits for Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrate, and start testing.

Have to take it slow man , like I said every single tank has a cycle with a spike and some algae. Just sit back and enjoy the ride in a few months the tank will have a sweet mini reef system going!

I kinda want to turn it into a mantis shrimp tank. Would i still have to wait for my tank to cycle becasue i already have one fish, so when i put the mantis shrimp in he could just eat the blenny.

letting the tank cycle is the worst torture in this hobby but it is worth it in the end

but it's your tank and imo if you want a mantis tank, sell your blenny to someone of give it back to the LFS. please don't use it as food

Really???
Why would you want to let it eat the blenny? Turn it into a mantis tank fine but take the poor blenny out, And your still gonna have to let that tank properly cycle or your gonna have a dead mantis...
