Remove manually. Do it a couple of rocks at a time. Take them out and remove it. Keep it in observation in a bucket a few days to make sure you got it all. When you put it back in, place away from the caulerpa. Eventually, you will get it all.

rock removal would be a last ditch effort in my tank. They are large, structural pieces that willl be a PITA to remove/replace

maybe try a few emerald crab, i have heard it has worked for a few people.
