Looks to me like some Apstisia, their are many products to rid of these , or you could try pepermint shrimps they are know n to eat Apstisia.

if it it Aptasia, you can use peppermints, or copper banded butterflies (larger tank). Or Berghia Nudibranches
Or use an aptasia destroyer like Tailored Aquatics', or AptasiaX when they get bigger. Ken - BWA

Looks like so sort of mantis.... Not good for the main tank depending on type and what you plan on keeping....
