Just cos I am a geek
 and I brought a hydrometer this weekend to indian arm and I tested the water it was .032! i tested it a couple times and the same reading each time, low tide was about four hours before this...

salinity
1.026 @ 78-80 My chiller sprang a leak so it is not running at the moment. Tank and sump come to just under three hundred gallons. I top off three to four gallons a day directly into the sump buy the inflow from the overflow.
The tank is mostly SPS and I have never noticed any problems. It is not really much into 300gal though. Smaller tanks may be different due to volume but I would think it would be relative though. Keith.
