You have Valonia algae issue.
Try to siphon it out and consider emerald crab.
Just watch out and don’t burst these bubbles…

Yeah, Ive been dealing with it. Siphon some out every water change. Had an Emerald Crab, but he decided to become a coral eater. Banished to the sump.
