I didn't expect you to go IDing your shrimp, but thanks! Either way, hope they work out... and I just noticed that pic of the chalice frag... WOW! I need a chalice frag

I'm glad I did but now I need to try and find the other anemone shrimp as I didn't see them on wetwebmedia.
I found out it's most likely an acan even though it looks more like a chalice and from what I understand this one is very expensive in the USA.

Not a happy reefer here.......I'm loosing yet another sps I have no idea why all of a sudden I'm loosing things. I've lost a few frags(including one that cost me $50 ) and now a 2nd colony is affected. I'm almost considering selling what's left so that maybe they don't perish in my tank.

Have you been losing mostly SPS? Or have other corals also taken a downturn?

You may be able to save the affected sps by crazy gluing the edge between the living and dead tissue....its worked for me a couple times.

Just my sps. I hope it stops. Could it be the recent outbreak of HA?

You could also try heavily fragging the affected pieces. I tried the glue trick during an RTN/STN event and it didn't work, then I started fragging like mad and managed to save some. Best of luck.
