Spotted on 07/16/2009. Pahranagat Valley, Lincoln County, Nevada on Highway 93. Strange shape, huh! Wonder where it's going? Additional photos here.

It's just a haul truck tire... The covers they use have that pocket at the center for whatever reason - it's not a scoop it's air pressure filling it - then wind knocking down the front... See it all the time on 63 heading to mcmurray - unless canada's area 51 is up that way...
