![]() Well that really sucks, so exactly what reasoning did they give? I can't understand why they wouldn't honor the warranty if all their conditions were met, that's just terrible business. They even claim to have the best warranty in the business.

![]() not to sure on all the detail. my insurance company delt with the cause it was their mistake.
it was my first salt tank and almost my last. 12k in damage.

![]() Crazy, but it's hard to knock the company and their warranty if you don't have all the details. When insurance companies get involved so do lawyers, if the conditions were met you would have gotten the warranty, no doubt about it, it's even on their website. I suspect something was off. Of course the damages aren't covered, they never would be.

![]() Wasn't this before Concept was around Ed?
I do know that the bottom of Ed's tank was actually 2 seperate 1/4" panes of glass laminated together and not straight 1/2" as it should have been. Who ever did build that 230G tank should have known better. |
