I previously had the skimmer on a 95 gal tank not exactly sure what its rated for to be honest with you, but is is beefed up with the sedra 5000 (also throwing in the origional 3500 pump as well).
The ballst is exactly like this one... http://www.jlaquatics.com/product/pf...ast+EL2-2.html comes with all the waterproof end caps and in origional box - brand new. Also has 2 seperate on off switches if you want to time the bulbs seperatly.

Yes I have pics PM me your email address and I can forward them to you later tonight when I'm at home. Sump does have a skimmer section and then 3 baffles and return section. Skimmer section is 12 x 14.5 x 16 high.
