Hi, I have H.Erectus,Kudas,Histrix.All of my babies are H. Histrix. They all eat live food.Ghost shrimp, Adult Brine shrimp(enriched),baby mollies and guppies,etc. I am in the process of training my babies to eat frozen mysis shrimp. I would make one suggestion, to only purchase captive bred seahorses and not wild caught.I researched for a long time before I ever purchased my first horse.Hope that answers some of your questions
