The farthest we had up to this point was Red Deer. I am trying to talk a friend from Grand Prairie to come out.

We'd rather run out of food then have too much.

I'm actually going to approach the Bar & Grill in the same lot to see if they will give me drink specials (18+) for the attendees.

Please vote on a date, as if there is a runaway date everyone wants, then I can set it earlier.

I know a lot can make all the dates, that is good.

Remember to pm me or fill out a form so we get a estimate on people, as we don't want to have too much food, or even worst run out.

Also remember if you got frags bring them, as it is a frag swap/buy/sell, And more importantly your family eveyone is welcome if you have frags or not.

I will be contacting all the people I know that have frags for sale to load up on some to trade at cost for you guys/gals.

wish i could be there but we're hopefully going camping. im sure the fest will be a huge success..and hey if no one else wants to lower costs to help out their customer base well at least all the customers will know where to find you!

Why camp when you can come meet a bunch of cool reefers, get yummy BBQ food, and get great deals on fish and corals!!!!!

Honestly though (to all reefers out there) if you can make it you should. After it's all said and done people are going to talk about what a wonderful event this was and it would be a shame to feel left out after the fact when you could of been a part of it.
