Yes, drain has the restrictor. BUT, if they are plumbed backwards to the Membrane canister, it wont be right

They were plumbed from the factory to the restrictor.

Nevermind I just went over the whole thing again and lifted up the french instructions and there was the ro membrane.
so I installed it and yep about 1:4

LOL, Ya never even thought about that, the membrane's wasn't installed... LOL, Ohh well, everyone has their day. Lord knows I have ALOT of them
