Looks like cyanobacteria, a common problem with new tanks caused by excess nutrients. Water changes and more flow over the problems areas should help.
Do you have a protein skimmer?

i was thinking it was cyano bacteria. I did recently put in a protein skimmer (on saturday) its been pulling a lot of skimmate so the nutrient issue should be under control. i will check the flow.

using ro/di water will also help alot with cyano if your already not using it.

Yep using an Ro/di system. i will cut back on the feedings and continue with water changes. just going to have to wait it out.
