FS: Hamilton Tech 175w MH Light
I have a refurbished 175w Hamilton Tech metal halide up for sale.
The housing has been sandblasted and powdercoated flat black. The wiring has been redone. The ballast used to sit in the housing with the bulb, but I chopped the end of the housing off, and wired the ballast into a box that goes under the stand. It has a waterproof plug so you can disconnect the housing from the ballast box. It's been used only a few months since I refurbished it. It has a 20,000K bulb in it that could be replaced, and comes with a 10,000K bulb I bought on ebay, but has trouble firing up. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. It also includes the aluminum frame so it can sit on a 24" tank. The frame can be modified to fit any sized tank using a little more material.
