oooooh 90 gallon corner. Looks great, did you have any issues with lighting/flow?

The tank came with built-in T5's and timer, but I wanted MH as well, so I made a small canopy for a 250W MH, which took the place of the back T5's. As for flow, I find the corner tanks easier to get good circulation throughout. I have 2 PH's in the back corner facing in opposite directions which provides flow around the tank from both direction. Seems to work well.

Great tank. What is the orange plate like coral in the fourth photo? The coral behind the fairy wrasse.

Sadly no. Poor timing on my part with the whole Mothers Day thing.

Maybe this should just be a test run, ya know, make sure the restaurant is good, beer is cold enough, tanks look good. Then we can have another one later on.


Alternatively we could just have the best time ever, rave about it here on canreef and then make everyone jealous that they didn't come to the one and only HARDCORE meeting

Besides, the most important thing is that I'm there isn't it?

Oh yeah! They'll be lining up for the next one. And yes, Powell Riverites like their beer. I think we have more liquor stores and pubs per capita than Ireland.
