After doing a fair bit of research I have found a supplier for the Japanese Spot Lights. Here is a quick copy and paste from the supplier, these are the same as the models that you linked earlier in this thread.

I think I made a mistake purchasing a DE 400W halide fixture, I can't find the bulbs for it ANYWHERE! Cant help me out by any chance can you ?

Not a problem at all!

I can get you the following bulbs;

Ice Cap 400w DE 20K
Ice Cap 400w DE 14K
Ice Cap 400w DE 10K

CoralVue 400w DE 10K
CoralVue 400w DE 20K

All good bulbs.

Let me know which ones you are interested in, will take me 1 -1/12 weeks to get in.
