FS: Softies and LR

I need to free up some space for my tank. I have some softy frags and a piece of LR for sale. A good size of GSP, green hairy mushroom, colt coral $10-$15. And the LR is approx. 10 lbs, but not too sure. It is covered with coralline algae, a small kenya tree, and 3 watermelon mushrooms are on it. $4.50/lb

I will use half of my colt coral to make 2 frags, 1 large and 1 medium.

I have 1 good size of GSP frag left. Also still have a live rock which has 3 big watermelon mushrooms and a couple of small kenya trees on it. Approx. 10lbs
