![]() When I "cooked" my live rock it was for at least a month if not a bit longer. Otherwise its just like being in the tank with the lights off overnight.

![]() Is there any point to cooking the rock after it's been boiled? Everything is dead at that point is it not? I would clean off all the algae and throw it in the tank and see if there is a cycle, then add a few live pieces to re-seed.
