I use Boston Aqua Farms Marine Gel from J&L it is a lot cheaper 2 oz for $ 15.55. Keep it in the freezer and it will last a long time.

Can superglue be used underwater? never tried it but it sure would make life a lot easier trying to attach colonies rather than using epoxy

Yes, but it depends what you want to do with it. CA glue is Water cured. So, you can dab a bit on a frag, and glue it to a plug. But, it may cure before you stick if your using it to glue a frag in place on a rock underwater
